This course introduces and explores the effects climate change has on the workplace and how workplaces can navigate through climate-related challenges.

Climate change is not just about melting permafrost, glacial retreat, sea ice loss, more intense storms, droughts, and other weather extremes. Climate change can impact workplaces, employers, workers, and the work they do. Workplaces that anticipate and plan for the impacts of climate change will be more resilient. This course discusses the impacts of climate change on workplaces, as well as the psychological well-being of their workers. It also explores ways to address these effects.
