Formerly called Confined Space Management, this course covers the essential components of a confined space program, important considerations for emergency preparedness, and the duties and responsibilities of workplace parties.

This course will assist those who have responsibility for confined spaces on their worksites. Building on the concepts introduced in Confined Spaces: The Basics, the course describes the essential components to establish and manage a confined space program in the workplace, as well as important considerations for emergency preparedness. Participants will also learn about the duties and responsibilities of workplace parties, including due diligence and good practices.
Average time to complete this course is approximately 1 hour.
This course is for managers, supervisors, or anyone who controls access to confined spaces or needs to establish a confined space program in their workplace.
Completion of Confined Spaces: The Basics or equivalent knowledge.
Upon completion of the course and passing a final, multiple-choice exam, learners will be able to print a certificate of completion.
