Barbeque Hazards
Students can probably identify a number of biological hazards that they may encounter during a barbeque or picnic. Have students suggest ways to prevent people being exposed to the following hazards:

Cold food turns warm | Bring coolers with ice, put food away after serving, keep food cold |
