Expert Presenters
Canadian and international researchers, policy-makers, compensation specialists and other experts will share their knowledge of issues impacting today's workplaces, including violence prevention, participatory ergonomics, training and knowledge transfer, the internal responsibility system, and the importance that leadership and responsibility plays in affecting workplace change.
The Forum III program was developed in consultation with the Forum III Advisory Committee and the CCOHS Council of Governors.
Tripartite Representation
Perspectives from Canadian government, employer and labour organizations will all be represented.
Participant Interaction
Leaders representing employers and labour organizations will summarize their perspectives in our interactive panel on workplace leadership and responsibility. Participants will also be involved with the identification of new strategies and solutions to promote and affect workplace change, centered on the key topic areas discussed during the Forum. What should our goals be as a nation?
Showcase of Innovation and Best Practices
Gain insight and expertise from others. Visit the Forum Showcase where examples of workplace health and safety innovation and best practices from across the country will be on display.
Simultaneous Interpretation
All sessions are in English and French language interpretation will be available.

Forum III qualifies for the following maintenance points:
- Board of Canadian Registered safety Professionals (BCRSP) - 1.0 CMP
(Approval No. 09217) - American Board of Industrial Hygiene (ABIH) - 1.5 CM points
(Approval No.09-2427) - Canadian Registration Board of Occupational Hygienists (CRBOH) - 2 CM points
(Approval No. 2010-01).
